No. Every review, rating and business page is free to read without signing in. You only need an account to publish a review, which lets us verify your visit and protect listings from spam.

After booking or visiting through a listing, you receive a confirmation reference. Entering it alongside your review marks it verified. Anonymous ratings without proof of visit are never counted toward a business score.

Use the Add Your Business page — it takes about five minutes. We check your address and phone number, usually within one working day, then your page goes live and you can invite your first reviews.

Yes. Verified owners can publish one public reply per review. Thoughtful, specific replies often earn an updated rating — readers rate the response almost as highly as the original service.

A moderator reads every report within 48 hours. Reviews that break our rules — fake visits, hate speech, private data — are removed and the reviewer is notified. Genuine criticism, even harsh, always stays.

Only verified reviews count, weighted toward the last 12 months so the score reflects the current team. Businesses need at least five verified reviews before a public score appears.
